im way less worried about a Z bridge now that we have TT locked up for 7 years....i could see a bridge deal making a lot of sense for him and Drys

that would be nice as it would be over with soon...but that would also suck as it means we definitely didn't reach a deal 😕 anyway....i guess we'll know soon what is going on... If you look at the numbers honestly between this season and last...sure they are "down" but it's basically the same PPG and this was WITHOUT Getzlaf centering him...and with a terrible team and a terrible coach. Of course, TT would never speak ill of Eakins in a hearing as he was the only one who seemed to like Eakins lol I wonder if the firing of Eakins had any negative impact on TT and his views of the team and PV

TT, Z, MacT, Minty, Carlsson, Drys, OZ, Dostal, and whoever we probably pick in the top 8-10 in 2024....best case scenario all of these players will be deserving of BANK. But that's A LOT of money... and that's not even counting Gaucher, Lundy, Hellesson, Lunaeu, Lacombe, Nesto, Sidorov?, Hinds, Warren...I mean i included Sidorov but who knows who else from our F group really excels in the next 3 years... I haven't done the math but this can add up QUICKLY.... again, not a defense on PV with the $4.5...but...just another side

honestly I think this is the side of this that gets lost when numbers like the $4.5 come out... this is no way meant to be a DEFENSE on what PV is doing...but he certainly has to be thinking about this NOW. It's a lot to have to figure out and take into account. The thing that worries me the most is if TT and Z don't get locked up long term...what message is that sending to the rest on the list? Maybe it doesn't send any message...but maybe it sends one of this isn't the place to be excited about being at.

when does TT have to be signed to not go to the hearing tomorrow? Is there a deadline or does it just have to be "before the hearing"?

probably not AS GMs...maybe when in different roles. Like I'm sure StevieY was mentoring PV in Detroit...but he's certainly not mentoring him now.
