    Noah Warren is looking damn good. A nice big body on the ice, also keeps the front of the net nice and clean. 6 foot freakin 7. Gonna be a nice 1-2 combo with him and Zelly one day.

    You don’t get put on the roster cause it’s cool. You get put on the roster because you benefit the team. What benefits Zellweger (for now) is getting top pairing minutes on his junior team to develop. The team being good for a long stretch like the old days is the goal… to hopefully see a cup lifted by the team. That would be the coolest of cool 😎🏒

    Development being done correctly. EXGMBM rushed too many players who are now stars on other teams (wild bill, Shea Theodore, Palmieri, etc). Beeker is a proper GM. This is an accurate timeline and process. No worries

    On team leadershipGetzlaf was the former captain for the last, I think, 11 years. Right now, we are not going to name a captain. We're going to let the room sort itself out. We'll let leaders emerge. We have a nice combination of older players, veterans and some younger guys. The room will sort itself out and the leaders will emerge as the year goes on. Source

    Nick Suzuki was named captain of the Canadiens. Is he their best player? Does the best player have to be the captain? If this is the case, I say Terry or Zegras get the C at the end of this upcoming season. let’s hear those opinions!!

    This is the most off topic, not hockey related thing in the world, but does anyone have a connection to getting hired at UCI Health? I’m about to finish a radiology program and UCI is my dream location to work. (I have a couple year of experience, I won’t be graduating THAT new) Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

    I went to school with Paraynko (spelling??) and a friend told me he didn’t want to change his number cause he was scared to speak up. Then people started buying his jersey so he just kept it. These guys are just thankful to be in the NHL. also, more confirmation: Zegras’ Twitter handle is Tzegras11 😉

    Everyone was wondering what his new number will be. Couldn’t be 9, so the majority of guesses were 11 or 13. But now…. Confirmed. 13 is taken, so Zegras’ new jersey number will be 11.
